( We are looking for a dedicated TELECALLER with expertise in the LOAN DEPARTMENT (PERSONAL LOAN ) SALES LIMITED in NEW DELHI , located at MAHAVIR NAGAR ( TILAK NAGAR ). In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. The position offers 12 K TO 30 K along with a dynamic work environment.
The ideal candidate should have SIX MONTHS of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Tele calling . You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires 12 QUALIFICATION , and the candidate should be willing to work Monday To Saturday during the Day shift. )
