Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our team at Vinsuremax.

The role involves contacting customers, explaining the importance and benefits of Health Insurance, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into sales. Candidates will also assist existing policyholders in exploring better coverage and advanced benefits through policy upgrades or portability, without losing their policy continuity/seniority, wherever applicable.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and generate quality leads for health insurance.

• Explain health insurance plans, benefits, coverage, and features clearly.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

• Convert leads into successful sales and achieve assigned targets.

• Identify opportunities for policy upgrades and portability for existing customers.

• Maintain accurate customer data and follow up regularly.

• Develop strong customer relationships through professional communication.

• Continuously learn and improve knowledge of health insurance products.

• Handle sales pressure and challenges positively and professionally.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass.

• Experience: 6 months to 6+ years in telecalling, telesales, insurance, banking, or related sales roles.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.

• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work towards targets and achieve results.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
