We’re Hiring | Business Development Executive – US Shift
We are looking for a confident and communication-focused Business Development Executive to join our team and work in the US shift.
If you are comfortable speaking with clients, have strong communication skills, and can build conversations with confidence, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and identify relevant business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
Follow up with leads and move them through the sales process.
Work towards achieving business development and sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Clear and confident English communication with a good, neutral accent.
Comfortable communicating with US-based clients.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Good confidence over calls and the ability to hold professional conversations.
Willingness to work in the US shift.
Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, B2B Sales, or International Sales is preferred.
