We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele Caller to handle B2B and B2C sales for Solar BOS products. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining products, generating leads, and closing sales.
Make outbound calls to dealers, EPC contractors, and end customers
Explain Solar BOS products such as structure, cables, junction boxes, MC4 connectors, earthing kits, etc.
Handle B2B dealer inquiries and B2C customer requirements
Generate and follow up on sales leads
Maintain daily call records and customer details
Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for quotations and orders
Achieve monthly sales targets
Build and maintain good customer relationships
Good communication skills in Gujarati / Hindi / English
Basic knowledge of solar products (preferred, not mandatory)
Experience in tele calling / sales preferred
Ability to convince and close deals
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
Fresher or 1–2 years experience in tele sales or solar industry preferred
