Relationship Manager (Simple JD)
A Relationship Manager is someone who takes care of clients/customers and makes sure they are happy with the company’s services.
What they do:
Talk to customers and understand their needs
Help customers with their problems or questions
Suggest products or services that suit them
Build a good relationship so customers stay with the company
Try to bring more business (sales) from existing or new customers
Work with other teams to solve customer issues
Skills needed:
Good communication
Friendly and helpful nature
Basic sales skills
Problem-solving ability
Qualification:
Any graduate (mostly business-related preferred)
Some experience in sales or customer handling is helpful
