Telesales & Service Executive – Corporate Sales (Postpaid VI SIM Cards)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven  Telesales  Executive to join our corporate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling VI (Vodafone Idea) Postpaid SIM Cards to businesses. You will engage with potential corporate clients, explain the benefits of our postpaid plans, and drive sales through telephonic communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential corporate clients to promote VI postpaid SIM card plans.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable postpaid plans.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and provide solutions professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM software.

• Work closely with the sales team to follow up on leads and conversions.

• Stay updated on product offerings, competitors, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales/corporate sales (preferably in telecom, banking, or insurance).

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.

• Prior experience in selling postpaid SIM cards or telecom products is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month . (Depend On Interview)
