Job Summary

K Nayra is a leading manufacturer of women's kurtis seeking energetic, confident, and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries received through social media platforms, converting leads into sales, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and phone calls.

• Contact potential customers and explain products, offers, and pricing.

• Convert inquiries into successful sales orders.

• Follow up with prospective customers and existing clients.

• Maintain customer records and update lead status regularly.

• Resolve customer queries professionally and promptly.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.

• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Good command of Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English.

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Tele Sales, Customer Service, or Sales.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹18,000 per month.

• 1st Shift: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 10:30 AM – 07:30 PM

Male Candidates

• 1st Shift: 09:30 AM – 07:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 10:30 AM – 08:30 PM
