Key Responsibilities
Outbound/Inbound Calls: Contacting prospects to promote products/services and handling incoming calls to resolve customer queries.
Sales & Lead Generation: Pitching services, overcoming objections, and closing sales to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Building rapport, answering questions, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Data Maintenance: Updating and maintaining client databases and recording call details in the CRM system.
Following Up: Following up with prospects on a regular basis to nurture leads. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Required Skills & Qualifications
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and English (additional languages are a plus). Persuasion: Strong ability to convince and influence potential clients.
Technological Proficiency: Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.
Interpersonal Skills: Patience, professionalism, and the ability to work under pressure.
