Job Description – Telecaller
Position: Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive
Department: Sales & Customer Support
Location: Chandigarh
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Explain visa, immigration, and consultancy services clearly to clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Generate leads through calling and follow up regularly.
- Maintain daily calling and follow-up records.
- Schedule appointments and client meetings.
- Handle client queries professionally and build positive relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales and consultancy team for further processing.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and/or Punjabi.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
