Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explainour products and offers.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product details.
Generate leads and schedule meeting for the sales team.
Maintain customer database and update call records in CRM/software.
Follow up with leads regularly until conversion.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with Sales Executives to ensure smooth customer handover.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.
Share feedback from customers with management for process improvement.
Use basic software like MS Excel, Word, or email clients to manage daily tasks
Required Skills:
Strong verbal communication and persuasive abilities
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, typing, CRM software)
Data entry speed and accuracy
Multitasking and time management
Problem-solving attitude and customer focus
Qualifications:
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in any stream
Prior telecalling or data entry experience (preferred)
Excellent communication skills in [local language, Hindi & English].
Good convincing and negotiation ability.
Typing skills (usually 25–35 WPM or higher)
