We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at Ocean Guide Immigration. The role involves communicating with clients, handling calls professionally, explaining services, and maintaining a positive conversation with potential clients. The position offers ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our immigration services.
Communicate with clients professionally and confidently.
Understand client requirements and provide relevant information.
Handle client queries and maintain a good conversation.
Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
Build a positive relationship with clients through effective communication.
Maintain basic records of calls and client follow-ups.
Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th, and freshers can also apply. Candidates should have good communication and conversation skills, confidence while speaking with clients, and the ability to handle calls professionally.
