Role: Telecaller

Experience: 1–5 Years (Any Industry)
Qualification: Any Graduate /MBA Marketing
Skills: Communication Skills, Customer Handling, Follow-up, Call Management, CRM (preferred)

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers, clients, and leads for follow-up and service coordination
• Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information
• Maintain call logs, update CRM/records, and ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate with internal teams for service scheduling and issue resolution
• Generate and track leads assigned by the management
• Ensure high-quality customer service and maintain professional communication
• Meet daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets set by the team

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 1–5 years of telecalling/customer service experience (any industry)
• Strong verbal communication skills (English/Hindi/Marathi preferred)
• Ability to handle customer queries politely and efficiently
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
• Positive attitude, patience, and ability to multitask
