We are hiring Business Development Executives to support our US market expansion. The role involves B2B lead generation, cold calling, client coordination, proposal handling, and CRM management. This is a Night Shift (US Shift) role.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct B2B cold calling to US-based manufacturing companies, OEMs, and procurement teams.
Generate qualified leads for precision components, castings, machining, tooling, and manufacturing services.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal engineering & production teams.
Prepare and share quotations, capability decks, company profiles, and technical documents.
Maintain and update CRM with daily call logs, follow-ups, and lead status.
Build long-term relationships with international clients.
Support the sales team in RFQ handling, documentation, and proposal submissions
Achieve weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.
Represent Advait Metals professionally during all communication.
