Job Description – Telecalling Executive (Night Shift)

Position: Telecalling Executive (Herbal Products)
Department: Sales
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Night Shift)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecalling Executives to promote and sell our herbal wellness products through inbound / outbound calls. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain the features and benefits of herbal wellness products.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Resolve customer queries and provide product-related information.

• Coordinate with the operations team for order processing and dispatch.

• Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience.
  

Eligibility

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
  

Skills Required

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Sales and negotiation ability.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Customer handling and follow-up skills.
