The primary responsibility of this role is to handle business-related calls for our digital marketing company, which offers a wide range of services including Social Media Management, Paid Advertising, Google Ads Campaign Management, and Website Designing.
The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services, and generating business opportunities through effective communication.
Key responsibilities include:
Making outbound calls to potential clients and introducing the company’s services.
Generating and converting fresh leads into customers.
Explaining service offerings clearly and professionally.
Handling customer inquiries and maintaining proper communication with clients.
Managing client relationships and ensuring smooth customer handling.
Coordinating with the internal team when required to close deals.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and the ability to convert leads into successful business opportunities.
