Job Title: Telesales Executive & Team Leader (Financial Services)

Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and target-oriented Telesales Executive/ Telesales Officers & Team Lead for the financial services of business funding. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients and promoting the business funding options of business loan, overdraft limit and MSME funding to customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote the business funding products (business loan, overdraft limit and MSME funding).

·         Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and benefits.

·         Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable products.

·         Convert the leads into prospective clients.

·         Diligently follow up with the prospective clients.

·         Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

·         Coordinate with the customers for documentation and loan processing.

·         Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

·         Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·         Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English).

·         Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

·         Basic knowledge of financial products (loans & funding).

·         Basic computer knowledge

·         Experience in telesales/financial sales is a plus; however freshers can apply,

·         Work from Office (Day shift)

·         Minimum 12th pass.

·         Age -18 to 45 years

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary + excellent Incentives based on performance.
