We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to join our team at Kianext Healthcare. The role involves making outbound sales calls, generating leads, following up with prospective customers, and building strong customer relationships. The position offers a salary of ₹10,000 - ₹30,000 plus attractive performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers, distributors, retailers, and doctors.
Explain company products and services professionally to potential customers.
Generate new business leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Follow up with existing and potential customers to close sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for smooth order processing.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass, with 0-5+ years of experience in Tele Sales, Customer Support, or Sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply. Candidates should have good communication and convincing skills, basic computer knowledge, a positive attitude, and the ability to work towards sales targets in a professional environment.
