Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate sales leadsExplain products/services clearly and persuade customers to convert inquiries into salesFollow up on leads shared by the company and maintain a strong conversion ratioUnderstand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutionsMaintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM or sales registersAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targetsHandle customer objections professionally and resolve basic queriesCoordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, or support) for smooth order processingEnsure proper documentation and timely closure of salesMaintain a positive attitude and professional communication at all timesComply with company policies, sales scripts, and calling processeszJob Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th and 2 - 3 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
