🧳 Job Description: Sales Manager (Travel & Tourism)

📌 Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in travel and tourism. The role involves leading sales initiatives, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through innovative travel solutions and customer engagement.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international travel markets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and hospitality partners.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with key accounts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Conduct training sessions on travel products, destinations, and sales techniques.
Business Development
- Expand the company’s presence in new markets (leisure, corporate, MICE – Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions).
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and packages.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.
