Gurumantra Civil Class is looking for a responsible and energetic Telecaller cum Office Assistant/Receptionist to manage student inquiries, admissions support, office coordination, and front desk operations. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
Provide information regarding courses, test series, batches, and admissions
Maintain student inquiry records and follow-up calls
Manage front desk and visitor handling
Support admission and office administration work
Coordinate with faculty and management team
Maintain attendance, documents, and office files
Respond to WhatsApp and social media inquiries
Assist in daily office operations and student support
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi (English basic knowledge preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email, Google Sheets)
Polite behavior and professional communication
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Good organizational and follow-up skills
Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred

Working Details
Working Hours: 6–8 Hours Daily
Weekly Off: As per office schedule
