Job Description:
Greenali Solar Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our solar products and services. The role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convince customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain solar solutions
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries
Generate leads and maintain a database of customers
Follow up with interested customers regularly
Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team
Maintain call records and update CRM systems
Achieve daily and monthly targets
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi, English, or local language
Basic knowledge of telecalling or sales (freshers can apply)
Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, calling software)
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales
Interest in renewable energy or solar industry
