Position Overview

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at Sector 34, Chandigarh. The Telecaller will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining our overseas education and visa services, and scheduling appointments with counselors. The role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert inquiries into leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential students/clients to generate leads.

• Handle incoming queries and provide detailed information about study abroad and immigration services.

• Understand customer needs and guide them to the relevant counselor.

• Schedule and confirm appointments for walk-ins and counseling sessions.

• Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system.

• Follow up regularly with prospective clients to maximize conversions.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

• Maintain professionalism and ensure excellent customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

• Prior telecalling or customer service experience (education/immigration sector preferred).

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Punjabi (optional but preferred).

• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
