We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Telecaller to join our growing team and help us manage customer enquiries, leads, and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients.

• Handle incoming customer enquiries and understand their pest control requirements.

• Manage leads and maintain accurate lead records.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to convert leads into bookings.

• Explain Fixizo.in’s pest control services, plans, and solutions to customers.

• Coordinate with the operations/service team for smooth customer handling.

• Update lead status, customer details, and follow-up information regularly.

• Maintain professional communication and build good relationships with clients.

• Follow up with customers after service enquiries and help improve customer conversion.

• Meet assigned calling and lead-conversion targets.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in the pest control industry will be highly preferred.

• Candidates with experience in pest control sales, telecalling, customer support, lead management, or field-service businesses are encouraged to apply.

• Experience handling pest control leads and understanding basic pest control services will be an added advantage.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and professional telephone manner.

• Good follow-up and convincing skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM/lead management software.

• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

• Target-oriented and responsible approach.

• Pest control industry experience is preferred.

• Freshers may be considered if they have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn.
