We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, communicate with customers, provide information about products/services, and generate leads or sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
Answer incoming customer calls and resolve queries.
Explain products, services, or offers clearly to customers.
Generate leads and follow up with prospects.
Maintain customer records and call details in the system.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Handle customer complaints politely and efficiently.
Coordinate with the sales or support team when required.
Requirements
High school diploma or graduate in any field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers.
Patience and positive attitude.
Experience in telecalling/customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
