We are looking for a telecaller executive for our team. That can generate leads from cold calling, email marketing, and the chat process. And share their prospects with the sales team.
Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, emailing, social media outreach, and networking.
Do cold calls.
Follow up on potential leads and convert them into sales.
Build and maintain relationships with clients.
Ensure that customers are satisfied and provide solutions to them in their converse.
Make daily/weekly reports for lead generation and conversions.
Handle incoming calls from customers and address their queries.
Requirements
6+ months of experience in telecalling and customer service with excellent communication.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is preferred.
Proficiency in using CRM software and telecalling tools.
