We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students/parents, explaining our educational products, and converting leads into enrollments.
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads
Explain courses, programs, and learning solutions offered by the company
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses
Follow up with interested candidates and close admissions
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
Handle inbound queries related to courses, pricing, and batches
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and enrollment targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Telecaller / Counsellor / Sales Executive (preferably in EdTech)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Good command over English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel
Target-oriented and self-motivated
