The candidate will make outbound and receive inbound calls, provide information about pharmaceutical products, follow up with customers, record call details, and support order processing. Strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a professional attitude are essential. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or pharmaceutical sales will be an advantage.
