A Real Estate Sales Manager drives revenue by leading a team of agents, developing strategies, and securing property sales. Responsibilities include setting sales targets, generating leads, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales agents to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales plans to increase company revenue and expand the customer base.

• Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate new leads through marketing, networking, and cold calling; ensure high-quality lead conversion.

• Client Relationships: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients and developers to secure repeat business.

• Property Operations: Arrange and conduct site visits for potential clients and handle negotiations to close sales.

• Market Analysis: Monitor local property market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to stay competitive.

• Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure all activities adhere to company policies and legal regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1-5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with prior experience in team leadership or closing roles preferred.

• Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of local property market trends, legal regulations, and RERA compliance.

• Technical Proficiency: Competence in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
