Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
Maintain daily calling targets and performance reports.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Update client details and call records in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
Ensure proper follow-up until deal closure.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Prior experience in real estate or telecalling is preferred.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
