Telecaller – Corporate Sales Generation

Bengal in Mumbai Foods Pvt Ltd is looking for dynamic and confident Telecallers who can help expand our corporate catering business in Mumbai. The role focuses on generating sales leads, connecting with corporate offices, and introducing our catering services for meetings, conferences, and office events.

The telecaller will play an important role in building relationships with corporate clients, understanding their catering requirements, and scheduling meetings or enquiries for our sales team. This position is ideal for candidates who are good communicators, persuasive, and interested in sales and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call corporate offices, HR/Admin departments, and event coordinators to introduce our catering services
• Promote our special Bengali cuisine and specially designed international cuisine menus suitable for corporate events
• Generate leads for corporate lunches, meetings, office celebrations, and conferences
• Maintain and update call records, enquiry details, and client information accurately
• Follow up with potential clients to convert enquiries into catering orders
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth client communication
• Maintain a professional and friendly approach while interacting with corporate clients

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales preferred
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages
• Ability to convince clients and build professional relationships
• Basic knowledge of maintaining records and updating information
• Ability to work 6 days a week with flexible shift timing

Salary & Growth Opportunity:

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
