Customer Relationship Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell home loan products to potential customers over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining loan features, and assisting customers throughout the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote home loan products.

Explain loan features, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and required documentation.

Generate and maintain a database of prospective customers.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable home loan options.

Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into successful applications.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about the loan process.

Coordinate with the sales or operations team for application processing.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th Pass + One year experience on paper / Graduate (preferred).

Experience in telesales, telecalling, or banking sales will be an added advantage.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic understanding of Banking products is preferred.
