Telecaller

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecalling Executives to join our team at AURAASECENT ACADEMY. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining business loan products, generating qualified leads, and maintaining accurate customer records. Candidates with strong communication skills and customer-handling abilities will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and leads

• Explain business loan products, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly

• Understand customer financial requirements and assess preliminary eligibility

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain accurate call records

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships

• Maintain and organize digital records for easy tracking and retrieval

• Verify customer information and update databases accurately

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and improve processes

• Generate daily and weekly call reports for management review

• Ensure confidentiality of customer and financial information
