Job Description

Job Profile: Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive (Female)
Job Locations: Sikanderpur, Gurugram & Connaught Place, New Delhi
Gender : Female
Experience: 6 months – 1 year
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Uncapped Incentives
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours:10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads and potential customers.
- Explain home loan and mortgage loan products, features, and benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and collect preliminary financial information.
- Follow up with customers and assist with initial loan documentation.
- Maintain customer records and follow-up details.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or outbound sales.
- Experience in home loans, mortgage loans, personal loans, insurance, or credit cards preferred.
- Good Hindi communication and working knowledge of English.
- Strong convincing, communication, and customer-handling skills.
