We are looking for an enthusiastic Ayurvedic & Healthcare Telecaller to connect with potential customers, explain our Ayurvedic and healthcare products/services, and generate sales leads. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of Ayurvedic or healthcare products.
Make outbound/inbound calls to customers
Explain Ayurvedic medicines, healthcare products, and treatment plans
Answer customer queries and provide accurate product information
Follow up with interested leads and maintain customer records
Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets
Update CRM and maintain call reports
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required
Good communication skills in Hindi/English (regional languages are a plus)
Basic knowledge of Ayurveda, healthcare, or wellness products preferred
Ability to convince and build rapport with customers
Comfortable working with call center targets
