JOB DESCRIPTION – TELECALLER

Position: Telecaller
Location: Ram Darbar, Chandigarh
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 CTC (Based on Experience & Performance)

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and prospects.

• Explain company products and services to customers.

• Generate leads and maintain customer records.

• Follow up with interested customers.

• Handle customer queries professionally.

• Maintain daily call reports and updates.

• Achieve assigned calling targets.

• Coordinate with the team for customer follow-ups.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication skills in Hindi.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Job Details:

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Shift Timing: Day Shift
