Telecaller

The role involves connecting with corporate clients, sharing details of our products/services, generating quality leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. This position does not involve sales targets but plays a key role in supporting business development activities. Key Responsibilities  Call and connect with prospective corporate clients for business development.  Share company product/service details clearly and professionally.  Generate qualified leads and fix appointments/meetings for the sales team.  Maintain and update client database with accuracy.  Regularly follow up with clients to ensure engagement and interest.  Support sales and marketing team in achieving overall business goals. Requirements  Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.  Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office/Excel.  Positive attitude with good persuasion and interpersonal skills.  Prior experience (1–2 years) in tele calling, sales support, or marketing preferred.  Fresher’s with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
