📋 Job Description – Sales / Learner Engagement Executive
🧑💼 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ 📌 Identifying and understanding learning needs
• Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions.
✔️ 🎯 Achievement of MOM assigned targets
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets set by management.
✔️ 📞 Communicating with learners
• Engage with learners professionally via calls and messages.
✔️ 📱 Making outbound calls to potential customers
• Initiate outbound calling campaigns for prospective learners.
✔️ 🧠 Explaining product features and benefits
• Clearly highlight value propositions of NSE Academy courses.
✔️ 🤝 Closing sales and achieving quotas
• Convert leads to enrollments and achieve sales targets.
✔️ 🌱 Developing new leads
• Identify and cultivate new potential customers.
✔️ 📅 Generating appointments
• Schedule video / telephonic counseling appointments with prospects.
💰 Salary Details:
💵 ₹25,000 per month – Fresher
💵 Up to ₹50,000 per month – Experienced candidates
(Salary depends on experience and performance)
🎯 Age Criteria:
📌 22 to 35 years
