Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive, based in Bengaluru. The position involves generating and nurturing leads, engaging with potential customers, and building strong client relationships. Daily responsibilities will include delivering quality customer service, maintaining sales performance, and supporting the organization’s business development efforts. The role requires collaboration with the sales team to meet targets and contribute to company growth.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into customers
Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and deliver impactful sales pitches
Customer Service expertise with a focus on building and maintaining positive relationships
Sales competency with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
Exceptional interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Relevant educational background or certifications in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
Previous experience in a sales or customer-focused role will be considered an advantage, though freshers are welcome to apply
