Core Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Initiating outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases to promote residential or commercial properties.
Inbound Query Management: Responding to customer inquiries regarding property features, pricing, location, and project timelines.
Scheduling Site Visits: Coordinating and fixing appointments for potential buyers to visit the project site with a sales consultant.
CRM Management: Maintaining and updating accurate customer records, call notes, and follow-up statuses in CRM software like Salesforce or Zoho.
Regular Follow-ups: Managing a consistent follow-up schedule with interested leads to provide additional information and move them through the sales funnel.
Market Awareness: Staying updated on current real estate market trends, competitor projects, and internal project developments to answer queries effectively.
Reporting: Preparing daily or weekly reports on call volume, lead quality, and scheduled site visits for the sales management team.
