We are looking for a confident and result-driven Telecaller to join our immigration team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining immigration services, and converting leads into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information
Explain immigration programs (Canada, Australia, UK, etc.) clearly
Convince and convert interested candidates into enrollments
Maintain proper follow-up with clients
Update CRM or daily call records
Coordinate with visa counsellors and team leaders
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi is a plus)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of immigration services (preferred)
Ability to handle pressure and targets
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Minimum 6 months to 2+ years of experience in telecalling/sales
