Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Executive to promote and sell insurance products to potential customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining policy benefits, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through calls and follow-ups.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.

• Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and claim processes.

• Generate and convert leads into sales.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.

• Follow up with existing customers for policy renewals and cross-selling opportunities.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.

• Stay updated on insurance products and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, or insurance sales.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Preferred Skills

• Telecalling experience.

• Knowledge of life, health, motor, or general insurance products.

• Ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
