The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining health insurance plans, addressing inquiries, and converting leads into policyholders. Key Responsibilities: ● Makeoutboundcallstoprospectivecustomers to promoteand sell health insurance policies. ● Explainvarious health insurance plans, coverage options, premiums, and benefits clearly and effectively. ● Understandcustomerrequirements and recommend suitableinsuranceplans. ● Followuponleadsgenerated through marketing campaigns, digital platforms, or referrals. ● Maintaincustomerdata and updateCRM systemswith interaction details. ● Handlecustomerqueries, objections, and resolve complaints in a professional manner. ● Achievedaily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion rates. ● Stayupdatedwith productknowledge, industry trends, and regulatory changes. Required Skills and Qualifications: ● Minimum12thpassorGraduatein any field. ● Excellentcommunication skills in [Language– e.g., English, Hindi, or regional languages]. ● Goodconvincingandnegotiation skills.● Basicknowledgeof insuranceproducts preferred. ● Previoustelecalling or sales experience is a plus. ● Ability to work underpressureand meet targets. ● Proficientin using computers and CRM software.
