We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive – Loans to generate leads and convert customers for various loan products. The candidate should have good communication skills, convincing ability, and experience in handling loan-related customer queries.
Make outbound calls to potential customers for loan products.
Explain loan details such as interest rates, EMI, eligibility, documents, and processing time.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales team/relationship managers.
Follow up with customers for document collection and loan processing updates.
Maintain daily call reports, lead data, and customer follow-up records.
Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to loan products.
Coordinate with internal teams for login, verification, and disbursement process.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
Maintain proper customer relationship and ensure good customer service.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Knowledge of loan products (PL, BL, HL, LAP, Mortgage, VL).
Ability to handle customer objections and close leads.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Email).
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Experience in telecalling or telesales in banking/finance sector.
Freshers with good communication can also apply.
