Job Summary

We are looking for a smart and confident Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive for our Loans Department. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining loan products, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The role requires strong communication skills and target-oriented performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and generate leads for loan products.

• Explain loan offerings such as PL, BL, HL, Mortgage, LAP, Vehicle Loans.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Schedule appointments / site visits for sales team or relationship managers.

• Maintain customer details in CRM / Excel sheet.

• Achieve daily and monthly call targets and lead conversion targets.

• Coordinate with backend team for documentation and login process.

• Handle customer queries and provide proper guidance regarding loan process.

• Maintain professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English + local language.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.

• Basic knowledge of loan products is an advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email).

• Target-driven mindset.

Eligibility / Qualification

• Minimum qualification: 12th / Graduation

• Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling / telesales preferred (Loan experience is an added advantage)

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in NBFC / Bank / Loan Agency / DSA

• Knowledge of loan documentation, eligibility criteria, and process

• Good follow-up and customer handling skills
