Experience Required: Minimum 0 to 05 years in telesales (Stock Market Preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Telesales Executive to join our SEBI-registered stock market advisory team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, excellent market understanding, and the ability to convert potential leads into clients.

This is a performance-driven role with high growth potential and attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company’s stock market advisory services.

Convert leads into active clients through strong sales closing skills.

Understand customer needs, investment goals, and risk appetite to pitch appropriate services.

Maintain follow-ups with clients for renewal, retention, and up-selling.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain CRM records, call logs, and lead updates.

Coordinate with the research and customer support team for client queries.

Stay updated with market trends, news, and financial products.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in telesales, stock market advisory, broking, or financial services.

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.

Basic understanding of stock market terminologies (equity, intraday, derivatives, etc.).

Target-oriented mindset with high energy and enthusiasm.

Proficiency in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).

Graduation preferred; certification in stock market/financial markets is an advantage.
