Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Senior Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, following up with prospective customers, converting leads into sales, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company products or services.

• Generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities.

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.

• Convert leads into sales and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Follow up with interested customers to close deals.

• Maintain and update customer information, call records, and sales reports in the CRM system.

• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion rates.

• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Support and guide junior telesales executives when required.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

• 1-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.

• Target-driven attitude with a focus on sales conversion.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel and CRM software.

• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up effectively.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Number of calls made per day.
