Job Summary

Better Homz is hiring a Senior Tele Sales Executive for its real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for calling property leads, explaining project details, generating site visits, and converting prospects into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and inbound calls to real estate leads

• Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and ongoing offers

• Generate and schedule site visits for interested clients

• Regular follow-up with prospects to close deals

• Convert leads into bookings or qualified prospects

• Maintain accurate lead data and call reports

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with sales and site teams

Required Skills & Eligibility

• 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate Tele Sales / Inside Sales

• Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)

• Confident, target-driven, and result-oriented approach

• Good follow-up and negotiation skills
