Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for managing the Sales and Marketing function within an organization.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and define the Sales and Marketing direction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop Sales and Marketing plans, set Sales and Marketing targets, and establish Sales and Marketing forecasts.
Oversee the management of key customer accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships and satisfaction.
Take ownership of meeting or exceeding Sales and Marketing targets and revenue goals.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
Leverage networks and professional connections to generate leads, drive business growth, and enhance the company's market position.
Prepare and present regular Sales and Marketing reports, including Sales and Marketing pipelines, performance dashboards, and Sales and Marketing analytics, to senior management.
Provide insights on Sales and Marketing performance, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
