Job Title: Telesales Executive( only females )
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting products or services, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Maintain and update customer databases regularly
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
Prepare and submit regular sales reports
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Good listening skills and a positive attitude
