We are looking for a Sales Telecaller to join our team at Saggio Insurance Broking Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients, providing detailed information about various life insurance plans and assisting them in selecting the most suitable options
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities to ensure efficient tracking and reporting to get effective sales
Product Knowledge: Stay updated with comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, as well as basic understanding of related financial instruments such as share markets, fixed deposits
Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with clients to address queries, provide additional information, and facilitate the completion of the sales process
Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings with clients when necessary to discuss insurance plans in detail and finalize
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 5 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
